Originally from deep South Texas, Lola’s approach is rooted in authenticity, energy, and gratitude—principles that have guided her work in building impactful brand roadmaps and positioning leaders for success.     Originally from Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, Iliasis is a seasoned portrait photographer and a highly esteemed digital marketing strategist. Through her work, she continues to inspire individuals to build their dreams with clarity and consistency. Alma Feliz Group is grateful to have Ily’s cohesive and well-rounded skillset.

  • Director of Web Design

    Tom Lapke has been a sales and marketing professional in the digital space for over 12 years. He designed and helped create his first website in 2010, which was bought by a third party two years later. He has worked in sales and marketing for Backstage, Six Legion Media (Director of Sales), and was most recently the Director of Marketing for Triad Stage. Tom also has been building websites for individuals and businesses for the last 10 years through both his brands Actor Website Design, which focuses on the specific needs of performers and artists, and Advantage Web Studio, which focuses on small and medium-sized businesses. When not helping others realize their digital vision, he can be found losing daily battles of will against his four-year-old son or cooking Italian food for his wife.
